The susceptibility data for the following number of isolates were analyzed: S. pyogenes (471), S. agalactiae (4626), Group G streptococci (989), and S. pneumoniae (429).
Non-duplicate isolates from all specimens.
Nonsusceptible includes both intermediate and resistant. Erythromycin was tested and used as an indicator for resistance to macrolides (e.g., clarithromycin, azithromycin).
